What inspired you to join/start your business?
I was inspired to start my own business due to a request from a Mayor.
Is there anything else you’d like us to know about your business?
My business is able to assist your company with Talent Acquisition, onboarding of new employees and the retention of current employees, and we also provide general Human Resource services to support your company.
What does Black History Month mean to you?
Black History Month is a good time to celebrate American heroes
What are your three greatest accomplishments?
My three greatest accomplishments are starting my own business to create a legacy for my family, raising two sons that are established in their own careers, and helping young people to identify their passion which may become their career.
What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice that I have received is to listen to your customers concerns. The best general advice that I have received is people are basically good. It is important to surround yourself with good people.
