What lessons can we learn from women?
There are so many inspiring women leaders that can teach us many things but I've learned that empathy is an important characteristic and leading from the heart can make a huge difference.
Who is the most influential woman you know? How does she inspire you?
My Mom, Linda Canale. She taught me to always be kind, work hard and when life knocks you down, you get back up stronger and smarter than before.

Mother Angelica who started EWTN, an international broadcast cable television network from her garage with just $200.
What is the best part about being a women in business?
I can be an example to other females who are dreaming of becoming a business owner.
What barriers have you faced and how did you overcome them?
It's sometimes been a challenge to be taken seriously as a woman business owner. By having confidence in myself and displaying my expertise, I continue to earn my place at the table.
What advice do you have for young women who want to be in a leadership position?
Keep learning and always be open to new things even if they seem trivial at the time.
