I suffered imposter syndrome and while I never think I am truly over it, the best piece of advice I got was "Don't interview for the job you already have. You are here for a reason."
What advice do you have for young women who want to be in a leadership position?
Find a mentor, continue professional development, find a subject area you are passionate about.
